KISS PIRATE RETUNS POLICY


CLAIMS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please send an email to riniprogect@gmail.com

 When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.


WRONG ADDRESS

If you  provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


UNCLAIMED

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.


RETURNS POLICY

Please note that we do not refund orders if:

  • You are experiencing  buyers remorse (you change your mind after receiving the product)

  • You order the wrong product or size (you did not consult our measuring guide before ordering)

  • You no longer need the product any more

  • You receive a late delivery of your products

  • You dispose of the product by mistake

  • The goods   returned are unsealed and have been used and / or labels are missing

 

Please note that we do refund products due to the fact that:

  • You receive a different product from what you ordered 

  • The product you received was damaged or defective (photographic evidence is needed in order to prove your claim, please note that we have images on file  of all goods shipped)

  • You did not receive the  product


With regards to photographic evidence please note that in order to correctly document your claim and provide a quick refund or exchange your product the photographic evidence should be for:

  • Damaged products: photograph of the good in its entirety (not just a close up zoom) showing also the area of damage

  • Damage to the external packaging: Take a photo of the external packaging damage including a photo of the carrier postage label

  • Damage to the  internal packaging: Take a photograph of the internal packaging used to ship your parcel

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever
